Skilled - Nominated Subclass 190
Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visas allow successful applicants to live and work anywhere in Australia as permanent residents. This visa is part of the SkillSelect program, and applicants must submit an EOI (expression of interest) rather than a standard application. If your EOI is accepted, you will be nominated by the stare or territorial government in question, and you will be able to file an application for a nominated visa.
If you do receive an invitation from a governmental body, you must complete an online application in 60 days or less. The details in your application must match those you included in your Expression of Interest. You will also have to provide evidence to support your claims.
