The report mentions that the U.S state department has begun the enrollments for the Diversity Visa Lottery for the year 2017 on October 1st and it will be closed on 3rd November 2015.
This program will permit the persons from the countries with lesser immigration charges to the U.S for acquiring the U.S Green Card or authorized permanent residency. There is no enrollment fee for this draw.
