Aussie Boat Race

The Oxford and Cambridge university is giving full support to Trenton Oldfield who's an Australian, and is going to be deported from the United Kingdom because in April 2012 there was a boat race held on the Thames river by the Oxford and Cambridge universities and the aussie Trenton Oldfield disrupted in.

On Monday Mr Trenton Oldfield is going to front an immigration tribunal in London as his spousal visa application has been rejected as the UK government thinks that his presence in the United kingdom is not conducive for the good of the public.

Mr Trenton Oldfield is an activist who's 37 years old and has been living in Great Britian for more than 10 year now and at the beginning of this year his British wife has given birth to their first daughter.

Mr Trenton Oldfield swan in the middle of the boat race down the thames between Cambridge and Oxford universities in April 2012 as he wanted to protest against inequality and elitism.

He has also served seven weeks of jail for that.

The students and the staff of Cambridge and Oxford universities are supporting Mr. Trenton Oldfield against his appeal to the Home Office of deporting him from Great Britain.

In the last few days around 250 people from the Oxford and Cambridge universities have signed a letter which requests Theresa May, the Home Secretary to stop the steps being taken against Mr Thorton Oldfield.

The letter clearly states that the boat race between the Oxford and Cambridge universities down the river Thames was just a game, and if it has been disrupted by someone, that person should not be deported cause of that.

It is certainly disruption, but it is not a strong enough reason to separate a person from their family and a newly born child and just deport them from Great Britain.
