Saskatchewan's New EOI Draw Aims for Seven Specific Occupations

Saskatchewan Immigration has attended the latest Expression of Interest (EOI) Draw, announcing 202 invitations to appeal to applicants in 07 specific professions.

The May 1 draw Targeted on below Occupations:

  • Managers in community, social, and correctional services (NOC 0423)
  • Event and Conference planners (NOC 1226)
  • Psychologists (NOC 4151)
  • Medical sonographers (NOC 3216)
  • Butchers (NOC 6331)
  • Instructors of persons with disabilities (NOC 4215)
  • Bakers (NOC 6332)

The draw observed 81 invites announced to Saskatchewan Express Entry applicants, demanding a minimum 67 points score. An additional 121 invites were declared to Occupations In-Demand applicants, demanding a minimum 60 points score.

All of the E.O.I applicants invited had Educational Credential Evaluations, which is needed for Saskatchewan applications.

The earlier Saskatchewan draw held on Apr 17, observed 324 invitations to apply to applicants in 04 specific professions.

The draw focused on:

  • Land surveyors (NOC 2154)
  • Technical occupations in meteorology and  geomatics (NOC 2255)
  • Tailors, furriers, dressmakers, and milliners (NOC 6342)
  • Appliance repairers and servicers (NOC 7332)

The draw viewed 114 invites announced to Saskatchewan Express Entry applicants, demanding a minimum 60 points score.

A further 210 invites were announced to Occupations In-Demand applicants, demanding a minimum 60 points score.

Saskatchewan EOI Process

  • Present profile of E.O.I.
  • Enter the E.O.I applicant pool.
  • E.O.I applicants selected.
  • Invitations to Appeal announced through regular draws.
  • Applicants provide a complete application within 60 days.
  • S.I.N.P officials evaluate applications and make a selection.

Requirements for the Sub-Category of Occupation-In-Demand

  • The score, at least 60 points on the S.I.N.P, points evaluation grid;
  • Have a minimum language score of Canada Language Benchmark (C.L.B) 4. Companies and regulatory bodies may demand more;
  • Have finished one year of post-secondary training, education, or apprenticeship comparable to the education system of Canada. You need to have earned a diploma or degree.
  • Diplomas and Degrees earned Canada outside subject to an Educational Credential Evaluation;
  • Minimum 01-year work experience in the prior 10 years
  • Get the suitable licensure in the Saskatchewan province if your field so needs, as the officials will not process an appeal without the licensure.
  • Have settlement funds proof and also a plan of settlement.
  • Pay a non-refundable online application fee of CAD 300.
