Saskatchewan Immigration: Latest Draw Issues 559 ITAs for Canada PR

Saskatchewan immigration has held a new draw of Expression of Interest, announcing 559 Invitations to applicants in the two streams focusing on 15 high-demand professions.

The draw held on 8 October signifies the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program has presently invited 1,938 applicants to apply for a nomination from the province in the period of 14 days.

Applicants from Saskatchewan’s Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand streams were incorporated in the most recent draw.

There were 328 applicants in Occupations In-Demand who were invited, with a required minimum score of 69. Below Express Entry, 231 applicants received invitations to apply, also with a minimum required score of 69.

This draw was the 3rd since the Saskatchewan PNP notably expanded its eligible occupations list, from 19 to 218.

Saskatchewan Expression of Interest Process

  • The first step is to submit an EOI profile.
  • The second step is to access the EOI candidate pool.
  • In the third step, EOI applicants will be selected.
  • In the fourth step, ITAs issued through periodic draws.
  • After that selected Applicants must provide the full application in less than 60 days.
  • In the last step, Saskatchewan officials evaluate applications and make a decision.

Saskatchewan's Occupation-In-Demand Sub-Category Requirements

  • Need to Score a minimum of 60 points in S.I.N.P points evaluation grid.
  • Have a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (C.L.B) 4. regulatory bodies and Organizations may ask for higher.
  • Have finished 1-year post-secondary education, apprenticeship or training comparable to the education system in Canada. You need to have received a diploma or a degree.
  • Diplomas and Degrees received outside Canada directed to an Assessment of Educational Credential.
  • In the preceding 10 years, you need to have a minimum of one-year work experience.
  • Get the proper licensure in Saskatchewan province if your field requires, as the officials will not process an appeal without the licensure.
  • Have settlement funds proof and also a settlement plan.
  • Need to pay a non-refundable CAD 300 application fee through online mode.
