Nova Scotia Immigration Draw
Nova Scotia immigration announced Letters of Interest to 312 applicants in the province’s current Stream Labour Market Priorities draw. The draw was aimed particularly at early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 4214).

A Nova Scotia PNP spokesperson stated: We announced letters of interest below the Stream Labour Market Priorities to 312 individuals on 3 June in the pool of Express Entry who are having work experience as early childhood assistants and educators.

Applicants were expected to have presented Express Entry profiles on or later 8 August 2018, to suitable for the draw.

Those invited to appeal needs to provide:

  • Evidence of post-secondary early childhood education for children who are aged between 0 to 8 years.
  • Evidence of completion of a 02 or above year program at a college, university, technical or trade school, or another institute
  • Letters of Reference from companies proving at least five years of work experience in the field

Reference Letters should:

  • Be written on the letterhead of the company
  • Be signed by the qualified human resources manager, officer, or supervisor.
  • Show Organization’s full address, phone number, website address, e-mail and be stamped with the Organization official seal (if relevant).
  • Include all of the below details in one document:
  • The specific employment period with the company.
  • The roles you have held throughout the employment period and time spent in a specific position.
  • Your primary responsibilities and roles in each position.
  • Your yearly salary plus privileges in every position.
  • The total hours worked in each week and in entirety in every position.
  • Evidence that your work experience satisfies the first statement and NOC information.

It was the 4th draw in the stream Labour Market Priorities history and the second to aim NOC 4214- early childhood assistants and educators.

The stream was started in Aug 2018 to provide Nova Scotia the adaptability to aim specific occupations and applicants by the Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program.

Draws have also been attended targeted at accountants and financial auditors (NOC 1111) and applicants with French language abilities at C.L.B 7 or above.
