Migrants are good for Denmark's economy
The general consensus in Denmark was that immigrants who enter the Scandinavian country are taking over and stealing jobs from Danish born and bred citizens. That wages were low, jobs scarce and the ones that were available were snapped up by the vast amounts of migrants that enter Denmark daily. Immigrants were a drain on the economy of Denmark and basically they did not want them in their country. This however this is not necessarily the truth. Every country throughout history is built with the help of migrants who enter a country. Today is no different.

In the 1990's many refugees from countries such as Somalia and the Balkans did and still do take the low salary jobs, but by taking low salary jobs means the jobs with a higher salary are still available for the Danish citizens to fill, jobs that were more skilled and advanced jobs were available as the cleaning and other low salaried jobs had been taken, how can this be a bad thing when Danish born and bred citizens could now benefit from higher paid jobs? A study has been carried out in Denmark that proves immigrants entering and working in Denmark is having a positive impact on the economy and the native Danish people on the whole.

Denmark have a flexible job market and in having such a system means that people who are in employment in Denmark will benefit. It is obvious to see that if more immigrants enter Denmark, and have the ability to work under the visa they travelled on, they will continue to take the lower paid jobs, which in a lot of countries that the migrants come from will be seen as good or highly paid jobs. As these jobs are now taken the higher jobs that pay a better or high wage will be able to be filled by Danes. So to say that all immigrants come to Denmark and take all the jobs is not true, they may fill more of the menial jobs but in doing so increase the amount of higher paid jobs opening the door for Danes, to improve their life, and prospects for the better, everyone does benefit from the migrants that work in a country.

The report shows clear signs that immigration on the whole, legal immigration has a positive and needed in pact on Denmark, one of the happiest countries in the world will continue to smile.
