British-Columbia-Draws-show-Low-Points
The latest draws that took place on 13th and 20th September for the British Columbia PNP show a new low across multiple categories.  The points required for overseas graduates and eligible workers to receive an invitation for applying in the provincial nomination are low. 378 ITAs were issued over this period, which included several issued under the Tech Pilot Program.

This PNP is managed by Skills Immigration Registration System where eligible candidates must register an account. They are given a score based on the economic and human capital inputs. Starting from the highest-ranked, the candidates are invited to apply.  They also require applicants to have a job offer from employers based in British Columbia.

Some candidates who have been invited can now submit their PNP application (BC) through an enhanced sub-category which is presently in alignment with the Selection System of Federal Express Entry. When the candidates get a Nomination Certificate, they will be rewarded with the addition of 600 points under the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) and an ITA in the future pool draws.

The applications for PR for other skilled workers and invitees who are graduates will be processed outside Express-Entry after receiving a nomination from BC.

The candidates successful in the eligibility criteria to apply for immigration, through different categories, of the British Columbia, PNP must make an entry in the SIRS pool. They are given a score which is calculated on education, civil status, and work experience and the top ranking candidates are given ITAs.

Express Entry BC – Skilled Worker

The Express Entry Skilled Worker visa is meant for skilled workers who possess post-secondary education, training/employment experience in a professional occupation.
