gay-couples-can-now-apply for US VISA

Recent changes to the US immigration system has come as a revolution and will make the pages of history for all of time, from now on those in homosexual relationships will now be fully entitled to enter the US under family based immigrant visas or as dependant spouses. This means that as of June 2013 gay couples will be treated by the US authorites exactly the same as hetrosexual couples and discrimination is a thing of the past.

The US’s first black president, Barack Obama has done wonders to reshape America and he directed the federal government departments in the US to fully abolish discrimination against homosexual partners. Gay marriage is now fully legal in more than 12 states around the US and those couples are entitled to the full tax benefits and pension arrangements which married hetrosexual couples expect as their right.

Times are changing and the US is historically always at the forefront of revolution and significant steps such as this new change to Visa Systems. The USCIS have announced that not only from now on will homosexual couples be treated equal to hetrosexual couples but also that any applications made since 2010 will now be re addressed and treated accordingly. Homosexual people have fought for their rights for generations and up until the 1960’s homosexuality was illegal worldwide and still is in many countries around the globe, for example in South Africa custodial sentences and propaganda of hate is still a regular occurrence.

The US is a liberal country, the land of opportunity and the place where dreams can easily be a reality. Prejudices are minor and not widely spread, though as apparent in any country with many small and tight knit communities who stay relatively untouched by modern changes. Larger more modern states such as New York, California, Los Angeles and many more of the 52 which make up the United States fully welcome and embrace those of homosexual relationships and your transition to life here can be a simple, enjoyable and wholly worthwhile one.

If you are a homosexual person who has had a visa application denied by the USCIS then you can now investigate whether the reason that you were unsuccessful was indeed down to your sexuality and if so then you are well within your rights to apply again and begin your journey of migration into America.
