At present, the situation in the labor market of Germany is distinguished and good. There is a decline in the unemployment rate and the number of people employed exceeds 44 Million, which is a record.

This gap will be hard to fill and small and medium-sized enterprises will suffer. These companies presently have difficulty in hiring skilled workers as they have a limited presence in the local labor market.
