Canadian born celebrity to be deported
It could soon be time for the Canadian born Justin Bieber to dig out his warm clothes and snow boots and wave goodbye to the life he has made in America. A lawyer who usually defends residents of B.C who have breached laws set down by the U.S has said the recent arrest will more than likely conclude in him facing deportation and being sent back to Canada.

It is believed that despite the reason for the arrest and the consequences of the criminal activity, Justin Bieber could still run the risk of being removed from the U.S.A  with a ban imposed to stop him gaining entry in the future due to statements which he reportedly made to the police.

The police had been contacted recently regarding reports from a neighbour of the “pop star” causing vandalism. They were then called to reports of him racing a yellow Lamborghini during the early hours of Thursday morning, this resulted in him being charged for driving under the influence as well as resisting arrest, the cocky teen then made matters worse for himself by allegedly telling a police officer that he had also been smoking marijuana.

A substantial number of residents from Metro Vancouver have discovered the wrong way that admitting previous use of marijuana  can result in having entry to the U.S.A banned, as it is a deemed to be a “crime of moral turpitude”. Justin Bieber is listed with the police as holding citizenship for the U.S.A, this may not in-fact be true. If citizenship has been falsely claimed, the rules of U.S immigration state that a lifelong ban of entry and deportation can be enforced.

Although there is a small chance that citizenship has been granted, it would have needed  be applied for shortly after turning 18, the “pop star” would also need to of been granted a green card to cover the five years prior to application, which would ultimately mean that the application process began when he was twelve.

He should now been treated the same as any other individual who has committed crimes which result in deportation. Just because he has fame and money should not mean he is free to do whatever he pleases. If he is able to walk away from the current situation with a slapped wrist who knows what kind of disrespectful acts he will carry out next knowing that nothing will be done.
If it wasn’t for his wealth and status being deported into Canada due to criminal actions would mean a bleak future ahead with an undoubted loss of employability and a dark shadow surrounding the rest of your days.

Canada is an excellent country for migrants to enter whom want to better themselves, grow and prosper here but for those being deported back due to criminal activity the same cannot be said.
