B.C Immigration Draw Observes Invites Declared to Targeted Tech Workers

Least scores continued low as British Columbia carried a present draw below the Tech Pilot of B.C. P.N.P. The draw on August 1, 2018, identified 31 applicants declared with invitations to apply from a list of 29 target technology professions.

For skilled workers in the direct provincial category, the least score remained at a low of 84 points in 2018. Straight provincial international graduates required 91 points to qualify for an I.T.A.

Meantime, the streams of Express Entry for skilled workers and global graduates, applicants needed 91 points.

The early draw witnessed least scores dropped significantly as B.C. handled one of its biggest draws of 2018 on July 25, 2018.

The draw observed 400 invitations stated via the Provincial Nominee Program of British Columbia, just three lesser than the biggest 2018 draw, which administered back in the month of January.

Least scores in four out of the five in the streams which targeted dropped, with only 84 points needed for the province’s straight category of skilled worker. In the direct foreign graduate category of provincial, candidates demanded minimum 91 points, down from 96 points in the prior week’s draw.

The equivalent score of 91 points was also required in the categories of Express Entry for skilled workers and foreign graduates. Meantime, semi-skilled and entry-level workers demanded 65 points.

The B.C P.N.P Tech Pilot has been extended into 2019 later its first launch in 2017. It presently has a 29 target professions list with comfortable duration specifications.

B.C. P.N.P draws explicitly aimed at technology workers began in May 2017. The B.C province has a booming technology industry with few big names of the technology world having goals in the westernmost province of Canada.

Current Job Specifications for Tech Pilot of B.C P.N.P 

• The job offer should be for one of the 29 targeted professions
• The job offer must be for the minimum one-year time span
• The job offer must be sufficient for minimum 120 days at the time of application.
