68th-Express-Entry-Draw
Under Canada's 68th Express Entry draw, 3264 candidates have issued an ITA - invitation to apply by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). This draw issued invitations to foreign workers for permanent residency in Canada. Candidates invited to this program were having CRS points of 441 or more. As per the reports, family members mainly spouses along with their children can accompany the principal applicant. As per the reports by IRCC, the processing of the applications would be completed within six months.

The CRS points were noted to be just one point higher as compared to the 67th draw, that was conducted on 12th July 2017. The draw had a gap of three weeks which was more as compared to previous draws. As the gap was more, the number of candidates entering the pool also increased. This resulted in an increase in cut-off threshold.

Whenever the gaps were shorter, it affected and thus decreased the cut-off threshold. Apart from the candidates who were eligible in the Federal skilled trade class, the cut-off threshold that was recorded low was 413 in a draw that took place on May 31.

The total number of ITA's issued till date since the express entry was first launched is 122,596. Out of these, about 54487 ITAs were issued in 2017 itself.
